I originally met Myron at a networking event in Long Beach. We spoke for about 15-20 minutes about real estate in general. He told me he was a real estate consultant and even offered to help me find off-market listings to increase my investments. When my husband died and I needed to sell 7 income producing properties so as to settle the estate, my family encouraged me contact Anastasi Properties. I invited the Anastasi's to provide me a sale plan for all the properties. They reviewed each of the properties and provided a sale plan for each property. The properties had large amount of deferred maintenance. The Anastasi's guiding us through good fix up business decisions that enhanced the appearance and property values. The Anastasi's also managed the properties during the fix up and sales for us.

The Anastasi's guided up though the tax deferred exchanges requirements so that the sale money was not taxed and was transferred by exchanges I now own larger number of income producing properties that produce much higher income for me. All the tax deferred exchange requirement were met.
